Private link (unlisted): create a unique mail address for your Garmin or Wahoo notifications. Share the associated link with your friends. Only people who have the link can track you.

Public tracking works by adding one shared address as a recipient of your LiveTrack notification — in Garmin (instructions) or Wahoo (instructions: enable Live Track, then Share Automatically → email). Your page appears automatically at /public/<slug>, derived from your display name — listed on this landing page and visible to anyone who knows or guesses the slug.
